After an extensive campaign of flight tests on some of the fastest ultralight aircrafts ( Shark , Pioneer 300 , Freccia, FK 14 ) we are proud to present our two-blade propeller for speed over 300 Km/h

Electric servomotor 12 Vdc , 22W
Pitch control:
– manual, by pitch indicator gauge
– semi-automatic, by constant rpm governor
– fully automatic, by constant rpm governor under m.a.p. control.
Manual set-up of blade pitch in case of electrical failure.
Mechanical anti-reverse stop system.
Hub machined from aluminium alloy rod and blade shank in high strength steel.
Excellent performances over the entire flight envelope of the aircraft (take-off, climb, cruise and top speed). High flight comfort, high quality finishing, low moment of inertia.
Installation of the our propeller is reduced to a very simple operation sequency:
> Installation of brushes and slip ring on the engine gear box
> Tightening of the n. 6 bolts on the propeller/shaft flange
> Mounting of each blade in its numbered seat.

Features

Simple Operation

The Fp-propeller hydraulic systems need a hydraulic governor to operate (i.e. Jihostroj like in the picture)
Through this it becomes a 1 lever system with a very fast pitch change of up to 30°/sec

Easy installation

The installation of the propeller is very straight forward and is designed to be accomplished in a short time by any competent layperson. Included is a very comprehensive operators manual and propeller log book. The propeller comes pre-lubricated and Dynamically balanced with all the necessary hardware supplied.
